How do I get updates for products?
The updates are delivered by email. We strongly recommend to use the same email for all your purchases of RAXO products.
Your purchase entitles you to free updates for the duration of your purchase, while usage license itself will never expire. This means you can continue using our products on your website after your purchase expires. Please note that we do not guarantee any minor/major update within the duration of your subscription as development schedule is independent of your purchase date.
What ways of support do you offer?
Clients can ask questions by two ways:
Support forum. We do not bother you with any registrations before you make a purchase. But you need to register on our forum to get support. Be sure to register with the email you used to buy one of our modules. Your forum account will be moved to customer group within 24 hours.
Support email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Again, make sure to send your request from the email you used to buy one of our modules.
You get help from our professional support staff within 24 - 48 hour response time, Monday till Friday.
Can I use your products on client/non-personal websites?
With Single or Bundle plans you're free to use our products on as many your own websites as you like. Only Developer plan entitles you to apply our extensions for your clients and get support for our products used on your client websites.
What is your refund policy?
Since our products are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds or exchange products after the purchase is made and the product is downloaded, which you are responsible to understand while ordering. Please, before purchasing make sure that it's the product you want. You're welcome to ask any pre-sale questions on our forum or by e-mail.
