can i add it to the article (at bottom of it)

i want to get to the solution that in the bottom of an article i will desplay list of article with thumbnail etc. of the same category

can i use this module for that ?
where i can see some admin screenshot ?

Yes, it can be done with our module.
You display module in a position under your article. In module parameters you can select what articles (from from which category) will be displayed in the module.
